Happy Birthday to John!

John is 6 today.  I'll recap the day later when I have time to put up pictures, but for now, here's a little about John:

ABCs of John!

Analyzer - he's always trying to figure out how things work

Blue eyes (those were a surprise - mine are green and Will's are brown)

Cowlicks (he has lots, including a very unruly double crown)

Disney World - where we're all heading in 2 months!

Energetic - but then what 6 year old isn't?!

Feet - shoe size 1

Generous - always willing to share what he has

Height - 4 feet and 1/2 inch (48.5 inches)

Imaginative - I love listening to him play and make-believe

Jonathan - the current name of his tan/yellow stuffed puppy (formerly Blackso)

Kindergartener!

Laughing - one of his favorite things to do

Maggie - his dog and buddy

Nature - he catches bugs, frogs, snakes, lizards (anything that crawls into our yard)

Outgoing - he has never been shy or reserved, and jumps into new situations feet first

Pilot - what he wants to be when he grows up

Quick to think of another question or a reason why something could (or couldn't) work

Roller coasters - something he discovered this summer and LOVES

Singing, one of his favorite things, including making up his own songs

Teeth lost: 6

Underwater - where his 4 new fish live, in his birthday fish tank!

Victorious in MarioKart

Water - he loves to swim 

X-ray, something he's never had (except for his teeth)

Yesterday, he was 5 - in 10 years he'll be 16 - I'm cherishing every moment

Zany!  That's why we love this kid!!
